Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require your order identification number. 


Returns

We do not accept returns or cancellations


Exchanges 

  1. We accept exchanges if product is faulty or if you want to change the size
  2. You can exchange your product only with the same model
  3. Exchanges can be made for up to 30 days from the date you received your order
  4. All items must be in their original condition:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • No odours or marks including deodorant, perfume and makeup
  • No pet hair

  1. Please pack your items with the original packaging.
  2. Please include your order identification number.
  3. You are allowed to exchange one time only, so please be sure to order the correct item.
  4. You will have to pay the return shipping, but we will cover the shipping cost for the new item.
  5. After mailing the item back, kindly email a copy of the receipt and the tracking number to “info@yokugroup.com”.
  6. As soon as we receive the return, we will issue you a store credit to place a new order

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
